My name is Miranda Cummings. I am an Assistant Headteacher for the Lime Trust and work with the leadership and teaching teams across our academies, developing practice in our Early Years settings. I have been in the teaching profession for fourteen years and worked across three local authorities as a class teacher across various key stages and as a senior leader. I have successfully opened and project-managed the build and business model for a large new Nursery setting as well as being awarded the NPQSL and NPQH. My passion has remained in the Early Years since training as a primary teacher and my focus continues to be in raising standards and developing high quality settings to provide education and care to all children from the earliest age. Alice is an Assistant Headteacher of a school in Tower Hamlets, working with children from disadvantaged backgrounds who enter EYFS below age related expectation. She has responsibility for Early Years and Phonics, and her team has ensured that the children make accelerated progress which has resulted in 72% of children achieving a Good Level of Development and 88% of children achieving a pass in the Phonics Screening Check. Alice has managed the establishment and delivery of a well-planned, coherent curriculum which ensured that teaching, learning and assessment were highly effective. This was recognised in a recent Ofsted.  Ofsted report July 2018
“From lower starting points than are typical for their age, children make strong progress in their early reading and writing skills so that, by the end of the Reception Year, standards of reading and writing are at or above the national average.”
Alice is also part of the Tower Hamlets EYFS moderation team and has worked with other school leaders and teachers to ensure accurate judgements and assessments.

Katie has had a varied and far reaching career in teaching and education both in mainstream and special schools. She managed a provision for children with autism and went on to work in a provision for the deaf. As a deputy head, Katie was instrumental in driving up standards at a London pupil referral unit and social, emotional and mental health provision, graded outstanding from Ofsted. Katie is motivated to change children's stories and is trained in the Solihull approach. In recent years, Katie was the executive lead in a Key Stage 2 nurture group pilot in a London borough, which saw some of the most vulnerable children transform their behaviour and successfully integrate back into mainstream school. Katie's dedication to children and young people's positive outcomes has meant that she has been recognised for her outstanding work and she is now co director of Magic Behaviour Management Ltd.

Marie has had a long standing successful career in education, both in mainstream and special schools and has significant teaching and leadership experience in her field. Marie's leadership was key in driving up standards at a London pupil referral unit and social, emotional and mental health provision, twice achieving outstanding from Ofsted. Marie is passionate about matching a holistic developmental approach with uncompromising high expectations for children's academic success. In recent years, Marie has led preventative mainstream projects to reduce exclusions and has represented national best practice for the Department for Education and is now a government behaviour advisor. She also has close links with the charity The Difference. Marie has gone on to make her mark in changing the way we see and manage behaviour in our schools and homes and is now co director of Magic Behaviour Management Ltd.
